Oil to Vinegar ratio is 2/1
Add everything to a bowl mix well, taste add small amounts to whatever you would like to highlight.
This will sit in the fridge for a few weeks and can literally be put on almost everything.
A bunch of parsley (flatleaf or regular) de stemmed and chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic (or more depending on how much you like garlic) finely chopped
Red wine vinegar
Extra Virgin olive oil
Steakhouse-quality seared strip loin steak
Red wine sauce
