
INSTRUCTIONS
- Oil to Vinegar ratio is 2/1
- Add everything to a bowl mix well, taste add small amounts to whatever you would like to highlight.
- This will sit in the fridge for a few weeks and can literally be put on almost everything.
INGREDIENTS
- A bunch of parsley (flatleaf or regular) de stemmed and chopped
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (or more depending on how much you like garlic) finely chopped
- Salt
- Red wine vinegar
- Chili flakes
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Oregano
