GREAT STEAKS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Oil to Vinegar ratio is 2/1
  2. Add everything to a bowl mix well, taste add small amounts to whatever you would like to highlight.
  3. This will sit in the fridge for a few weeks and can literally be put on almost everything.

INGREDIENTS

  • A bunch of parsley (flatleaf or regular) de stemmed and chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (or more depending on how much you like garlic) finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Chili flakes
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
