
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat 2tbls butter in pan
- Add mushrooms
- Add ¼ cup of white wine and place a lid on the pan to create steam
- Remove lid after 1-2 minutes, stir
- Add thyme stir
- Add salt
- Once the mushrooms have reduced to half their volume
- Add remaining white wine, let reduce to almost dry
- Add remaining butter and pepper
- Serve
