GREAT STEAKS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat 2tbls butter in pan
  2. Add mushrooms
  3. Add ¼ cup of white wine and place a lid on the pan to create steam
  4. Remove lid after 1-2 minutes, stir
  5. Add thyme stir
  6. Add salt
  7. Once the mushrooms have reduced to half their volume
  8. Add remaining white wine, let reduce to almost dry
  9. Add remaining butter and pepper
  10. Serve

  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Sprig Thyme
  • 3tbls butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
